You lift the foot & put it but before

You put it DOWN you take look ROUND

What you see to shining, see? is toto

El mundo & of course some ants go,
bugs beetles &  lonely  mozkweeto
who should be buzzily humming bout the first mozkweeto
bite of spring but oh no
there is a footprint where your foot wants to go

It is ocean          Sea to shining et cetera

Nothing doing everything not doing

Never again to know everything

Right now right now kind of moment

From here on, Kid, it’s all hill

Maybe the uphill,

         maybe the down

                  exhilarating race vert skateboard in halfpipe

Ike

You certainly picked one gloriosky dayaroonie
for your Barbarian Mishuggunah

& as sure as I knew your mom & dad
         before they were the rents they are today

Elizabeth & I even knew them
         before the embarrassing lovebirds they still are today

We all still knew about today

When you would lift your voice & pray

Dear God, please let me put my foot down

Get this show on road

& that is the forwards direction you’ve always wanted for words to go-go

As the crowd parts & you make your way vert skateboarding halfpipe oleole

Make it your own way way

As you do-dah do-dah do-dah all day
