I was walkin down the Bowery late last night

When my eyes beheld this wondrous sight

A jetstream fountain a java waterfall

Scrupled and pupilled –Cattaraugus caterwaul

Vox Pop – antimilitaristic marchin

Can’t stop  -- livin algo-rhythm

Ya can’t hide from horrific triumph of capitalism

Might as well ride the banana split decision

Gotta find a way not The Way but anyway

And anyway as I was notin let yr money do the voting

No idea is verboten in the wrote’n’toten

Anecdotin’ antidotin!

Vox Pop – Step it right up here!

I’ll take a megadose of bellicose, a coffe and a beer

The zap rap of the spirit as the spirit reappears

The air itself is breathin, reconceivin, make believing

The embodiment of judicious nature -- muticameral legislature!

Servin truth and justice in the American way

When the way is whose to say is what you say is what you say

That’s what I say wehn I get down today

And you gotta get down if yr gonna get up up and away

Which is the direction of the populist insurrection the Bowery erection

The no foolin with the duelin candidates please rate the elates as the

election draws near, what is the voice that you hear?

Let’s make it Vox Populi and lets start it right hear

Bring it from the rear as clear as sheer fear that you pass in a glass of caffeinated cheer

I was going to say before I was so rudely interrupted
