Future Problem Solving of Virginia requires all state bowl participants and their parents to sign participation contracts which lay out behavioral expectations and authorize medical treatment for minors. Coaches are responsible for securing the signatures. Do not mail contracts to the state office. Turn in participation contracts at the registration desk prior to the opening session of the state bowl on April 19th.

Please download the contracts form (one sheet in pdf format) and distribute the copies to each team member and individual in all competitions.
