high priority on customer service, and he wasn’t satisfied until his customer was satisfied. He was careful to select coworkers who would contribute toward the store’s reputation for customer
satisfaction, attention to detail, and trustworthiness.
The outstanding reputation that Holly Jackson built years ago still exists at Jackson Jewelers today. Each member of the sales
staff is hand picked by Ralph and Phil Jackson. Many of the employees that are at Jackson’s have been with the store for more than fifteen years.
