A classroom teacher says of this student,

"Analytical abilities are this student's strength. This student has a profound understanding of cause and effect around which she is able to make arguments and draw solid conclusions. The writing of this individual connects the dots for the reader." These skills were exemplified in the required essay in which the applicant is asked to project 20 years in the future and describe a problem you might encounter ad how you could use your skills acquired in Future Problem Solving to resolve it. This individual took the reader from researched information about the possible problem through a proposed plan of action; all the while keeping the reader engaged."

The recipient's coach adds that Arisa has a strong commitment to Future Problem Solving. Calm in the face of adversity, spirits high, winning smile and willingness to take risks, this individual, in the role of the schools' club's president, has helped to grow their club to 100 strong by recruiting freshmen and sophomores. She will also be remembered by her coach and teammates for her ease on stage.
